Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Active/Unrestricted Medical License
- Fellowship trained in Adult Reconstructive Surgery or Sports Medicine
Education Required Doctorate of Medicine
Education Preferred Doctorate of Medicine
Experience - 5-7 years Residency Training Required
License and Certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
- Licensed Physician Required
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License Required
